Pay Band and Position Status: Pay Band: $55,000.00 -$$65,000.00 Status: 12 Month Contract Forecasts project costs. Gathers details and compiles data to estimate all production costs according to specifications. Considers raw materials, labour, equipment, tools, labour and transportation for estimations.

Helps determine necessary resources for projects based on labour and material estimating. Prepare estimates on routine projects as required by client’s documents for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Review assembly instructions, evaluate requests for estimates, and understand scope of work to bid Conduct Audits to see the accuracy of quotes vs. Prepare cost analysis by recapitulating labour incurred in the production of the product Take ownership of projects and execute through completion Assist with research and gather data on industry trends and developments when needed Perform pricing and cost analysis as directed Utilizes CAD specifications to prepare material and labour estimates and quotes Engage external vendor partner in quote requests for materials and services Responsible for maintaining margins and pricing consistency across different accounts Understand the project/program and its requirements from a material and Labour standpoint Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed Proficiency in Excel and ability to work within multiple computer platforms Working knowledge of various print processes (lithographic, flexographic, digital, screen)



Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience required Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location Occasional travel required All employees should be aware of their responsibilities and their accountability is clearly defined for key staff involved with product safety, legality, and quality systems.
