As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Waterloo ! Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent, accurate, and proactive credit practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management, credit regulations, and best practices. Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations. Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.

Identify and escalation material credit risks to management as appropriate.



Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures. Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including activities related to month-end close.

Provide backup support to the Credit &Collections; Team Lead Experience training or guiding others - required. Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience - required.

Advanced

Excel skills - required. Understanding of financial controls and related procedures- required. SAP experience - advantage. Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global business requirements Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
