Custodian Term: Permanent Part time, 11-month position Department: Standing Stone School – Life Long Learning Salary: $22.04 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.

Posting Date: October 6, 2026 Closing Date: October 20, 2026 at 4:30p.m. The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at Standing Stone School, an FDK to Grade 6 elementary school within Oneida Nation of the Thames. This position ensures the ongoing cleanliness, safety, and security of school facilities to support a healthy and welcoming learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The Custodian performs daily cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, hallways, offices, washrooms, and common areas, as well as waste removal, floor care,



surface disinfection, and replenishing supplies. In addition, the Custodian is responsible for securing the building, including locking doors, setting alarms, and reporting safety concerns.
