- Custom Fitter/Welder/Lead Hand

- Must have previous experience in custom weld job shop environment

- Skilled Fitter and Welder, 5 years plus experience

- CWB-GMAW-Flat-Carbon Steel ticket

- Able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints

- Read both Metric & Imperial measuring tapes

- Supervisors experience an asset

- Must be able to work with Forman to organize, supervise and schedule 10+ employees

- Oversee the entire fabrication process of a job from drawing take off, cut, fit, inspect, assemble, prepare product for shipping, etc.

- Help execute planning and scheduling to ensure that all employees work efficiently

- Ensure job timelines and quality inspections are met

- Work alongside, train, and assist on the shop floor





- Shipping and receiving as required

- Report to the company Forman, President and Director of Operation.

- Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm and Friday 7:00am-11:00am

- Overtime paid after 40 hr/week

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
