We operate one of Canada’s largest specialty cleaning and repair centres, offering services ranging from area rug cleaning and restoration to leather goods, handbags, footwear, outerwear, wedding gowns, alterations, sports equipment and household textiles.

We are looking for a personable, motivated and detail-oriented Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our Etobicoke team.

This position combines customer service, sales, administrative responsibilities and specialized product knowledge. We provide ongoing training and opportunities for advancement as employees develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

- Understand customer needs through attentive listening and recommend appropriate cleaning, repair and restoration services.

Software Systems & Order Processing
- Learn and become proficient in the company’s software systems to effectively manage incoming customer inquiries, accurately document their needs and communicate transparent instructions to our specialists, ensuring every job is completed exactly as the customer requested.

Product Knowledge & Development
- Develop a thorough understanding of our specialized cleaning, repair and restoration services, including different materials, fabrics and product care requirements.

Teamwork & Problem Resolution
- Collaborate with technicians, production specialists and management to address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues.

Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and organizing customer items while ensuring the entire customer service and reception area remains clean, organized and inviting at all times.




- Ability to enter items into our computer system.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with fashion, garment care, alterations or the cut-and-sew industry is an asset.
- An interest in fabrics, clothing construction, tailoring and garment repairs is welcomed.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- A neat, well-groomed and professional presentation appropriate for a customer-facing position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
