We are expanding our Customer Service team at our Nisku Location. Nisku is Canada’s ultimate industrial launchpad, offering a strategic footprint that no other location in Western Canada can match. At Gregg’s our employees are true ambassadors for the company and play a huge part in building relationships with our customers. This position offers a stable, consistent Monday to Friday day shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities: What will you do?
This is a dynamic, high-energy role that splits time between the front counter and the warehouse floor:
· Face-to-Face Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers and contractors warmly, helping them identify, select, and purchase the correct parts or products. Be the Expert!
· Order Processing: Handle cash, credit, and account transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory systems.
· Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our inventory and product lines to offer accurate technical advice and spot upselling opportunities.
· Make it Happen: Hit the warehouse floor to safely and accurately pick and pack the customers order with a high level of urgency.
· Safety First: Keep yourself and your teammate safe by actively following our top-tier company safety policies.
