Merch Express Corp. is a Calgary-based custom apparel and promotional products company. We print t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more for businesses, events, and individuals, using screen printing, full-color printing, and embroidery. We're a small, fast-paced team that takes pride in turning customers' ideas into quality products they're proud to wear.

The Role:

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly, reliable voice of Budget Promotion. You'll help customers by phone, email, and in person — answering questions, processing orders, and making sure every job gets delivered right and on time.

What you'll do:

- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and timelines
- Process orders and keep customer records up to date
- Help customers choose products and customization options (printing, embroidery, etc.)
- Coordinate with our production and design teams to keep orders on track
- Follow up with customers to make sure they're happy with the final product
- Handle and resolve any issues that come up along the way

What You Bring
- Strong customer service skills and a solutions-first attitude
- Clear,



professional communication — on the phone, in writing, and in person
- Comfort working on-site in a busy, production-focused setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry or CRM systems
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple requests
- A plus: experience in retail, printing, apparel, or another customer-facing role

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
