Reporting to the Inside Sales Rep / Steel Sourcing & Estimating Co-Ordinator, you will coordinate customer requests, quotations, delivery updates, and internal communication. The position connects customers with Sales, Production, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Engineering, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and commercial matters Coordinate RFQs, required information, quotation logs, and follow-up Track delivery performance, order status,



and recovery plans Coordinate quality concerns and corrective action progress Maintain customer, CRM, portal, and commercial records Requirements: Three to five years in customer service, sales, or coordination Manufacturing workplace experience; forging or metalworking preferred Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills Microsoft Office, Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting experience ERP, CRM, SmartSheet, or Sugar AI experience preferred Support customer relationships, quotation coordination, and manufacturing communication as IMT Group’s Customer Success & Commercial Coordinator.
