They are currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to partner with key clients and drive long-term value.

The Role

- Act as a primary partner for enterprise customers, helping them optimize their use of the platform to meet specific operational goals.
- Develop and execute joint success plans, identifying key metrics and removing barriers to ensure business value is achieved.
- Facilitate executive business reviews and workshops to align on strategic objectives and recommend workflow improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to represent the voice of the customer and drive internal improvements.
- Serve as a mentor to team members while championing a culture of inclusivity and high performance.





What You'll Need

- 4+ years of experience in a senior customer success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a rapid-paced, change-heavy environment.
- A bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution and the ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time.
