We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining relationships. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Not required but would be an asset, Hubspot & Shopify experience
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or virtual interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills




- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team workplace - we really mean this one, so we've said it twice!
- Technical and Digital Skills and proficiency
- Excellent communication skills with a strong phone etiquette
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
