Core Responsibilities

- Inbound and Outbound Communication: Answer phone calls, live chats, and emails from clients needing help after regular business hours. Call customers to reminder of appointments or enquire on service experience.
- Sales focus – ensure all calls result in closing of a service booking or product sale
- Coordination: Manage urgent service requests, schedule services or align cross-department schedules when operational disruptions occur.




- Documentation: Log customer interactions and track using CRM software
- Issue Triage & Resolution: Solve basic product, account problems, or escalate urgent needs to management.
- As required provide virtual lice removal consultations

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years sales experience with proven results closing front end sales
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call centers, or a client-facing support role.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overnight, evening, weekend, or rotating on-call shifts.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, calm demeanor under pressure, and independent problem-solving skills. Empathetic, enthusiastic
- Excellent computer skills, preferred experience with CRM operations but training is offered
- Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- The individual filling this role will also be required to obtain technical lice removal certification (in-house training provided) to properly provide client advice and answer questions.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
