Assists the Production Manager with job assignments as needed. Collaborate with Designers to develop quality control processes and ensure that the team follows established quality procedures. Monitors and controls production process within established specifications.

Coordinates production with other departments as needed. Works with management to improve production flow. Assists production welders in resolving work problems. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, verify conformance to drawings and engineering specifications, and identify discrepancies or conflicts within the documents.

Identify and reject nonconforming assemblies, parts, raw material, or components. Performs testing,



observation, and inspection as directed in accordance with training and the specified procedures to determine if work is done according to CWB specifications and provide clear documentation of findings and results. Prepare inspection reports and document nonconformance.

Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Performs pre-task planning prior to executing work. Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. Identify and report any non-conformities or discrepancies and work with Production Manager develop corrective action plans Participate in investigations of quality issues and assist with root cause analysis Provide guidance and support to manufacturing personnel on quality-related matter s Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and ensure optimum efficiency Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities across people, processes, and equipment.
