The Cybersecurity Manager will lead the day-to-day cybersecurity activities of WCB, while managing and mentoring a technical security team. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of cybersecurity professionals, third-party security monitoring services, operational security functions, and ensuring effective detection, response, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity posture.

Oversee day-to-day security operations, threat monitoring, and incident response activities.

Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and security experts to tackle emerging cyber threats.

Drive creative security initiatives and contribute to technology and business projects.

Analyze security trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and help strengthen organizational resilience.

Translate complex cybersecurity risks into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Help shape cybersecurity strategies and influence how security evolves within the organization.

A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field A minimum of 5 years’ related experience in cybersecurity operations; Technical Skills NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0

Technical expertise in IT security architecture, network architecture, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and multiple operating systems

Microsoft Sentinel

AWS and Microsoft 365 environments

Experience working with third-party security monitoring or managed detection and response services.

Monitor compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Understanding of cloud security concepts beyond Microsoft 365.
