Job Summary

We are a custom cabinetry manufacturer located in Brampton, ON - in business for over 50 years. Our growth has created opportunities for a full time delivery driver.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. The Delivery Driver will also assist in warehouse operations, including moving and handling products.

Duties

- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate with management regarding delivery schedules, changes, or issues that may arise.
- Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving products, and heavy lifting as needed.




- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery confirmations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

- Valid G driving license and clean driver's abstract.
- Experience in commercial driving or delivery services is a plus.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
- Experience in manufacturing operations is beneficial.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols is essential.
