Design Systems / Applications Engineer – Driveline & EDM Gearbox

- Lead system integration and interface management for Driveline and EDM Gearbox components and subsystems.
- Coordinate with Chief Engineers, Design Release Engineers, COEs, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Validation teams.
- Manage design reviews, CAE analysis, Virtual DVP, DFMEA, and DRBFM activities to ensure robust product development.
- Support program planning, FTE forecasting, and engineering cost management.
- Review engineering change notices and ensure updates to Lessons Learned and Engineering Best Practices.
- Lead Technical Cost Reduction (TCR) and Value Optimization (VO) initiatives.
- Track validation completion, coordinate technical issue reviews, and drive cross-functional problem resolution.
- Manage CQI and GIMS improvement initiatives, including action plans, priorities, and progress tracking.

Pay: $40.00-$41.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
