Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts across various media, including digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic and visual design principles, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and software.

The Designer will collaborate closely with clients and team members to produce engaging designs that align with project goals and brand identity. A passion for creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving design trends are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Create and develop digital designs, motion graphics, and visual content for diverse projects using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Maya.
- Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and other marketing materials utilizing skills in graphic design, typography, and visual arts painting.
- Produce 2D and 3D animations, including motion graphics and visual effects for multimedia presentations or videos.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver cutting-edge design solutions that meet objectives.
- Develop sketches, concepts, and prototypes using tools like SketchUp or CAD for fashion design or construction painting projects.




- Apply knowledge of HTML and CSS to create interactive web visuals when necessary.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all visual assets while ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the design process.
- Stay updated on current design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital design, motion graphics, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing work in graphic design, visual arts painting, or 3D/2D animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Maya, SketchUp, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Knowledge of typography principles and experience with visual design techniques.
- Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with CAD software or construction painting is desirable for specialized projects.
- Strong artistic skills complemented by technical expertise in digital tools and animation software like Maya or Adobe Animate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret client needs into creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
