This role combines hands‑on software engineering with close collaboration across technology and business teams. The developer will help deliver reliable, scalable and maintainable solutions while contributing to the platform’s ongoing modernization and operational resilience.

Design, develop, test and maintain features.

Build high-quality, scalable and maintainable software using Java and C++.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and technical design through testing, deployment and production support.

Contribute to architecture discussions, technical reviews and code reviews.

Improve application performance, reliability, observability and maintainability.

Contribute to CI/CD practices, release activities and continuous improvement within the development team.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and communicate progress,



risks and dependencies clearly.

At least 5 years of skilled software‑development experience in complex enterprise environments.

Strong hands‑on development experience with Java and C++.

Solid understanding of object‑oriented design, data structures, algorithms and software‑engineering best practices.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Experience working in Linux or Unix environments.

Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Prime Services, Prime Brokerage, equities, financing, securities lending, clearing or the trade lifecycle.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices and containerized environments.

Experience supporting business‑critical trading, risk, financing or post‑trade applications.

Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation starting from the first year;
