Director, Information Security The Director, Information Security is responsible for leading the Information Security team including, but not limited to, coaching and helping team members to operate at the highest level in delivery of security services and solutions to WFCU, its members and employees.

Position Type: Vacant Position

Salary Range: $92,000 to $130,000

The responsibilities of the Director, Information Security reporting to the SVP, Systems/Information Security will include but are not limited to:

· coach team members to operate at the highest level in delivery of security services

· oversee security solutions

· provide day-to-day operational support

· support internal stakeholders to understand, explain and deliver security solutions

· continuously evaluate new and existing security solutions

· develop and document incident management (IR) processes and procedures

· act as a back up to the SVP, Systems/Information Security in security IR situations

· operate and manage various security technologies required to protect WFCU To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

· post-secondary education or diploma in Information Technologies from an accredited post-secondary institution or related field

· minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related position

· minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience

· relentless pursuit of continuous improvement

· strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities





· exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills

· excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills

· flexibility for hours of work including evenings and weekends

· CISSP or other security certification related to information security is preferred
