Job Category : Product & Technology Posted : October 8, 2026 Full-Time The Director of Product - Residential Customer, leads the unified product strategy and strategic execution of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? across key areas including residential product offerings and line extensions, residential pricing model, and all residential customer product touch points. The primary goal of this role is to help test and enable additional product line extensions and corresponding pricing structures. Proven track record testing and delivering new B2C web products in an agile workplace - new product line extensions, new pricing structures - and utilizing AI technologies to drive efficiencies across the product function.
