L O R E is a 32-seat contemporary Canadian restaurant in the heart of downtown Collingwood, from the team behind The Pine ( #11 on Canada's 100 Best Restaurants). Recently opened in May of this year, L O R E is already generating buzz and was recently Michelin Recommended.

Our multi-course tasting menus are shaped by both land and sea, taking familiar flavours and techniques and turning them into something unexpected.

We're looking for a reliable Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment while supporting our back-of-house team. This is an excellent chance for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and interested in building a career in the culinary arts.

L O R E is open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, with prep days on Tuesdays.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
