Overview

We are a fast passed family restaurant that serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days per week. Our Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday 7-730, Saturday 8-730 and Sunday 8-4. A flexible availability is required with a combination of opening and closing shifts. Pay is based on experience and included base hourly pay, pooled gratuities, staff meals and incentives and access to Manulife Medical Benefits.

`Duties`

- Wash all FOH and BOH Dishes
- Bus Tables and assist FOH with cleaning and resetting tables
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Portioning, Slicing, Dicing, Preparing Basic Recipes
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Receive Orders and Rotate Stock utilizing FIFO Method.





`Experience & Requirements `

- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Full proficiency in English both written and verbal required

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
