3. Donor Relations & Administrative Support

- Prepare donor correspondence, thank-you letters, sponsorship communications, and mailings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain information needed to respond to donors.
- Assist with donor engagement activities and communications.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the donor experience and internal workflows.
- Support other donor relations and office responsibilities as needed.

and compassionate correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities independently.
- A genuine interest in nonprofit work, community service, and helping others.

Preferred

- Previous experience in customer service, donor relations, office administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, donor databases, or email management platforms.
- Ability to read and write Punjabi.
- Experience working or volunteering with a nonprofit or community organization.
