Grand Toyota is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our service department as a Drive-Thru Service Attendant.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive-Thru Service Attendant:

- Greet customers arriving for service and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Assist with vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and movement throughout the service area.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient service drive-thru.
- Support the Service Advisors and Technicians with daily service operations.
- Assist with other service department duties as required.

While your primary responsibilities will be supporting our service drive-thru operations, you'll also have the opportunity to receive training in Service Advisor duties, gaining valuable experience in customer service and dealership operations, and to help cover the service desk during busy times or when staff are away.

Service Advisor Support

- Learn how to communicate with customers regarding vehicle maintenance and service needs.
- Assist Service Advisors with customer inquiries, service documentation,



and follow-up communications.
- Develop an understanding of dealership service processes and customer service standards.
- Gradually take on additional Service Advisor responsibilities as training and experience progress.
