We are seeking a dedicated Dry Cleaning Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper cleaning and handling of garments and textiles using professional dry cleaning techniques. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Experience in dry cleaning and pressing services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate dry cleaning machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle garments and textiles with care, ensuring proper cleaning, pressing, and finishing.
- Sort items according to fabric type and cleaning requirements.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Assist with assembly tasks as needed,
including folding and packaging cleaned items for delivery or pickup.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring garments are returned in pristine condition.
Experience
- Prior experience in dry cleaning services is preferred.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures, stain removal, or dry cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
