Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage online orders, maintain product listings, monitor inventory, and coordinate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with e-commerce platforms, has strong computer skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations

- Process online orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory availability.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
- Coordinate shipping and update order statuses.
- Maintain accurate records and organized inventory.




- Assist with website maintenance and general e-commerce administrative tasks.

Sales & Customer Support
- Provide in-store customer service and product assistance.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
- Assist customers with product information and availability.
- Support sales activities and merchandise organization as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or retail operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and shipping software is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
