Tigercat Industries is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead the afternoon shipping/receiving and assembly teams at the Paris, ON facility. You will oversee wire harness and electrical panel assembly, coach welders and assemblers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

The role requires hands-on electrical/electromechanical production experience and robust leadership to develop employees and meet production goals. Afternoon shift with a $3.00/hr premium.
