About the Position

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with computers, solving problems, and helping people.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone starting their IT career. You'll provide technical support to employees across our company while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of IT systems and technologies.

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who's motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

● Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot everyday computer issues. ● Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment.

● Assist employees with software, email, and network connectivity.

● Help manage user accounts and software updates.

● Document technical issues and solutions.





● Assist with IT projects and learn current technologies.

Qualifications

● Good understanding of Windows computers and common software.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Basic networking knowledge is an asset.

● IT education, certifications preferred, but not required.

● Applicants must currently reside in Vernon, BC, or the surrounding North Okanagan area to be considered.

Position Details

● Location: Vernon, BC (on-site)

● Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

● Occasional evening or weekend work and travel to other company locations may be required.
