MasterBrand is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to implement and maintain safety programs at our Winnipeg, Manitoba facility. This role collaborates with leaders to identify hazards, coordinate improvements, and support secure day-to-day operations on the production floor. Reporting to the Manager, Health & Safety, you will conduct inspections, investigations, and deliver training, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
