Formed in 2009, OCL started their first project and began building around a business model focused on “People” and “Doing the Job Right”. We are currently seeking Equipment Operators to support civil projects for CNRL Horizon.

Excavators CLAC hourly wage depending on experience ~ Company contributed RRSP & Pension contributions ~ Paid training ~10% vacation and stat holiday pay on regular earnings ~ Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in heavy civil environments Perform excavation, grading, trenching, finish grading,



and earthmoving tasks to specifications Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance Follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to meet project tolerances Work collaboratively with ground crews and other operators to ensure safe and productive site operations Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and industry best practiced Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience (civil earthworks preferred) Solid knowledge of excavation, grading, compaction, and earthmoving practices Ability to read and follow construction drawings, grade stakes, and GPS systems (asset) Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
