As Soon As Possible The Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining communication with customers and drivers in order to organize and keep track of all the daily operations. This individual is tasked with scheduling and dispatching crews, equipment for delivery of freight or other services rendered outside the place of business. They will interact with customers and respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. work closely with fleet maintenance supervisor to address equipment deficiencies Be aware of all the employee activities in the region Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial transportation requirements Minimum three (3) years dispatching experience LTL-T/L-general freight industry Some Class 1 driving experience is an asset, but not required Proficient reading, writing and speaking English Computer and presentation skills
