Evening Cleaner – Oshawa (Subcontract Opportunity)

We’re looking for a reliable cleaning subcontractor for a facility in Oshawa, ON. Cleaning is required five days per week, after 8 p.m., with an expected start date of December 15, 2026.

The facility is approximately 7,600 sq. ft. across three levels. This is a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize washrooms, offices, common areas, stairs, and kitchen.
- Vacuum carpets and entrance mats; sweep and mop hard floors.
- Dust furniture and fixtures, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling and take it to the designated outdoor containers.
- Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other washroom supplies.
- Complete scheduled appliance cleaning and other periodic tasks as assigned.
- Follow the cleaning checklist and report any maintenance or supply issues.

Requirements:





- Registered cleaning subcontractor with your own general liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000).
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be able to complete the required background screening.
- Familiar with WHMIS and safe handling of cleaning products.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Available five evenings per week after 8 p.m.

Schedule and compensation:

- Expected start date: December 15, 2026.
- Exact service days, hours per visit, and compensation will be discussed with qualified applicants.
