You'll oversee general management of our retirement residence, delivering a superior "More Living" experience to residents. Your expertise in recruiting, training, and mentoring will ensure exceptional service and resident care.

You'll implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency.

You will actively promote the residence within the local market ensuring a multi-pronged approach that showcases the residence as the top choice in retirement living.

As the financial performance expert, you'll set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit. Your strategies will help us surpass targets.

As the customer service advocate, you'll build strong relationships with employees, residents, and their families, fostering open communication and continuous improvement. Your positive relationships with regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies will reflect our organization's professionalism and integrity.

Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making

Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry;

Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required);

Strong understanding of business planning and processes;
