Answer incoming phone calls from customers and vendors Maintain valuable customer relations and ensuring a high degree of customer service Greet walk-in customers and maintain merchandising in the product showroom Respond to inquiries for product pricing and provide quotations to customers Work with our procurement and outside sales staff to price products competitively, providing customer feedback to the operations team Coordinate inventory levels in showroom and aid in merchandizing/displays of product Perform office administrative duties including scanning, filing, organizing, and cleanup Aid with the procurement of materials from vendors Previous customer service experience, preferably with direct experience in the construction materials industry Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone Proven customer service and upselling skills This is a full time, permanent postion.

Branch operating hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday. This is primarily an in-office position, however, accessing the warehouse may be required.
