View All Vacancies Facilities Technician Estates Location: Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald Campuses Salary: £31,632 to £33,621 per annum including London Weighting Post Type: Full Time Release Date: Thursday 08 October 2026 Closing Date: Wednesday 21 October 2026 Reference: 2221 We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our Estates team and play a key role in ensuring our College campuses at Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald remain secure, compliant and fit for purpose for students, staff and visitors. You will provide an efficient and effective site service ensuring that standards are of the highest quality, including day to day upkeep and general maintenance of fixtures/fittings, building fabric and services. Basic plumbing/toilet and sink unblocking, installing taps and other fittings, tiling and grouting.

Furniture repairs, furniture moves, furniture assembly. Attending to urgent Health and Safety hazards and making safe. Carry out routine inspections of the campus and reporting issues to the Estates team Experience in a facilities or related role Practical experience of completing routine physical tasks and minor maintenance work Ability to communicate effectively with students,
