Job Title: Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Part-Time
Job Summary:
Expect Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional female Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care for a client recovering from a motor vehicle accident. The client has sustained a brain injury and is currently undergoing brainwave therapy.
- Location: Millbrook, ON L0A 1G0 (approximately 15–20 minutes by car from Peterborough, ON).
- Schedule: Part-time, 30–32 hours per week, approximately 5–6 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Language: Speaking in Tagolog is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with the client's prescribed exercise and stretching program.
- Monitor skin integrity, nutrition, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Complete laundry and change bed linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.
Qualifications & Assets:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
- Valid work permit (if applicable).
- Ability to speak Tagalog is a solid asset.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor.
