Fiddle River Restaurant – Jasper, AB Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week, shift options include Evening, Day, and Weekend. Overtime is available.

Responsibilities Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware. Place dishes in the storage area. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.

Scour pots and pans. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Sharpen kitchen knives. Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit. Work Conditions and Physical Requirements Quick‑paced environment. Tasks are repetitive. Must be able to handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight. Skills, Education and Experience Language: English required.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. On‑the‑job training will be provided.

Experience: Will train.
