The successful candidate will perform tasks related to the general maintenance of the assigned apartment homes or buildings and will perform minor repair work, maintain, install, and repair appliances and equipment. Appliance installation and repair (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.) Renovations, repairs, tenant improvements Millwork/ carpentry repairs and installation Drywall repairs and installation Interior and exterior painting carpet tile, VCT, light framing, etc.) Interact with residents in a professional manner. Post-secondary education or trade certification considered an asset.

Required Training/Experience: Minimum 3 years experience working in construction or building maintenance.
