Paid holidays and paid time off ~ Manager , theField Service Technician Iis responsible for the repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and finished products meet rigorous quality standards. You will perform laboratory testing, calibration, documentation, and technical problem-solving while collaborating closely with Operations and Technical Support.



This position is part of the Ames-Hach Company located in Calgary and will be remote while working inthe field.

Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.
