Roska DBO Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Field Operator for our client, a major oil and gas producer, in the Edson, Alberta area. This is a full time, long-term position working an 8/6 shift, with on‑call responsibilities. Candidates must reside in the Edson or Hinton area and be able to commute to the field daily.

The operation consists of a sweet gas field with a mix of free‑flowing and plunger‑lift wells, reciprocating and screw field booster compressors, as well as oil wells with pump jacks and compressor stations with dehydration equipment. Approximately 75% of the run is remote, so candidates must be comfortable working independently in remote locations and operating a quad. Minimum 2-5 years of oil and gas field operating experience, including both gas and oil GFO/PFO considered an asset Comfortable operating a quad in remote field conditions Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test Local candidates from Edson and Hinton are encouraged to apply.
