Honda is part of the Palladino Auto Group. We’re looking for a driven F&I; professional to help deliver a transparent, positive finance experience from handshake to keys. As F&I; Manager, you’ll be the final step in our customers’ buying experience.

You’ll arrange vehicle financing and leasing, present protection and aftermarket products, and complete deal documentation accurately and in compliance with Ontario and federal requirements. You’ll work closely with the sales team and management to keep deals moving and customers confident in their purchase. Review customer credit applications and submit them to lenders, including manufacturer finance and bank partners, to secure competitive financing and lease approvals Structure deals that meet customer needs and lender requirements Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP, and other protection products, in a transparent,
