Take the lead in financial governance with InnovationRCA as the Head of Reporting and Compliance. This hybrid part time role in Battersea addresses financial stewardship and compliance management. As a key member of InnovationRCA's senior leadership team, you will oversee critical areas such as financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across various subsidiaries.
Your extensive experience in finance and compliance will enable you to work closely with the Director of InnovationRCA and external partners, ensuring effective governance in all innovation activities. Serve as contact point for compliance issues in subsidiaries
- Lead financial control and budget approval processes
- Support financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare high-quality reports for stakeholders and regulators Familiarity with investment funds or higher education
- Experience with financial modelling and risk assessment
