Analyst (Contract) (Non‑Union) (Multiple Positions) Division: Finance Manager: Multiple Locations (Corporate) The Financial Analyst (Contract) position will report to the Manager, Financial Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and have specific knowledge of accounting policies and principles.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor financial performance against budgets.

Financial Modeling & Data Analysis: Develop financial models to assess business scenarios. Use Excel and SAP financial software for data analysis. Identify key drivers of financial performance. Support management with data‑driven decision‑making. Provide recommendations for investment and risk mitigation.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Assist in internal audits and risk assessments. Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce,



majoring in Finance or Accounting ~ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and regulations with demonstrated analytical analysis in financial statements ~ Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ~ Minimum two (2) years of practical training and work experience. ~ Pursuing CPA designation would be an asset ~ Knowledge and experience with Audit standards and working with auditors considered an asset. ~ Strong communication skills to communicate clear, concise and informative reports and messages, to accurately exchange data and information with peers and managers. ~ Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
