FINANCIAL COORDINATOR — Permanent Full time

Hatheway Orthodontics is looking for a Financial Coordinator to manage patient accounts and insurance billing. This role is based at our Bedford clinic, with some travel to our Metro Halifax location required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage patient financials
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and denials
- Maintain healthy accounts receivable

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Insurance billing experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to travel to our Metro Halifax clinic as needed
