As a Manager, you will guide AML/ATF and sanctions assessments, regulatory readiness work, program builds, and transformation initiatives. You will manage client relationships, project teams, deliverables, and competing priorities. Your work will translate regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead advisory engagements from planning through delivery
Design AML testing procedures and engagement workplans
Assess governance, controls, monitoring, investigations, and reporting
Present findings through reports, frameworks,
and roadmaps
Coach teams and contribute to business development
Requirements
Five to ten years of relevant Financial Crime experience
Solid knowledge of AML governance and operations
Knowledge of FINTRAC requirements and Canadian expectations
Degree in accounting, business, law, economics, or related field
Excellent communication and client-facing advisory skills
Use AML expertise, analytical judgment, and stakeholder leadership to deliver practical Financial Crime solutions for PwC clients.
