In this role, you will take the lead in financial planning, uncover insights, and help guide smarter decisions across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage a small team and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and analysis activities. Drawing on your leadership skills and robust knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, you will build strong partnerships throughout multiple business units.

Work closely with business unit leaders to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decisions

Develop forecasts, financial dashboards, and reports to support business planning for specific projects

Oversee financial reporting for capital projects and pension plan statements, including audits and regulatory requirements

Improve financial processes,



data accuracy, and reporting by using systems and tools such as ERP, Power BI, and Excel.

Lead and support team members through coaching, mentoring, and professional development

Post‑secondary education in finance and/or accounting

Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

IFRS experience is a strong asset

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and modelling
