We deliver, take informed risks, and evolve to achieve our goals. As a skilled and motivated Flight Operations Engineer you will become an integral part of our Satellite Operations team.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day flight operations of our spacecraft and contribute directly to mission success and reliability - combining hands‑on operational duties with the engineering judgment needed to keep our fleet healthy on orbit. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, where we are building a high‑performing and fast‑paced team. The position will be on‑site and in person at the office, with occasional travel to our headquarters in Europe Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks

Plan and execute payload commissioning based on operational documentation

Support anomaly investigation and resolution,



and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes Degree in a technical field (aerospace, electronics, software, or similar)

Experience in time‑critical operations (spacecraft operations, air traffic control, or similar)

Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, MATLAB, or similar)

Positive command of technical documentation, including the ability to author and refine operational procedures

Knowledge and experience in electronics testing, C/C++ or Python, and data analysis are considered advantageous

Willingness to travel to Europe occasionally.
