Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Monitor staff performance Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Address customers’ complaints or concerns Provide customer service Manage events Experience in supervising a team of 5–10 people, with computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and tight deadlines, manage repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Demonstrates personal suitability through accuracy, client focus,



excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork. Capable of multitasking efficiently while maintaining productivity and quality of work. Willing to undergo a criminal record check and comply with all required security and safety procedures.
