Lead food plant sanitation teams while applying HACCP, GMP, and food safety expertise on an afternoon shift in a 24/7 operation. Drive compliant cleaning and sanitation across facility areas and processing equipment. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve sanitation effectiveness.
The position supports regulatory, customer, quality, and food safety requirements. Manage and optimize the Master Sanitation Schedule Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments Minimum five years’ food plant sanitation experience Leadership and team coaching experience Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, microbiology, and chemical safety Ability to work versatile shifts with required PPE Apply sanitation leadership, HACCP knowledge, and corrective action expertise to strengthen food safety at Barry Callebaut. #
