Position Summary We are seeking a Full-Time Supervisor for our Tim Hortons #580 restaurant located at 512 Main St., Montague, PE who is available to work mornings and evenings to join our team. A minimum of 1-year supervisory or 3-years restaurant experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Monitor food quality and control
- Train and coach new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash and reports
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment
- Estimate the quantity and prepare food for service
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise and check truck orders when receiving
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience (required)
- Supervisory experience (1+ year)
or restaurant experience (3+ years) required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Adaptable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly/daily
- Excellent math skills
