Cargocan is looking for a Freight Forwarding Manager to lead our team, strengthen our operational processes, and ensure excellent service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing the freight forwarding team
- Managing daily freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Developing and improving procedures and workflows
- Building strong customer and business-partner relationships
- Supporting the team with operational challenges
- Driving efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement

- Strong freight forwarding and logistics experience
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Experience managing operational procedures and processes
